Admitted B2/B3 and M1 candidates will receive an email between July 3 and 10, 2025, detailing the enrollment confirmation procedures.

Professional baccalaureates (obtained in France or the EU), French technician certificates, and baccalaureates obtained in schools outside the European Union may not be recognized as equivalent to the CESS (Certificate of Higher Secondary Education) for starting studies in higher education institutions in Belgium.
Note: The equivalence of the baccalaureate or proof of the equivalence request is mandatory for any entry into the first year of the first cycle (B1) even with a higher foreign diploma.
- A copy of the final CESS (Certificate of Higher Secondary Education in Belgium) or the provisional CESS diploma (only for students graduating in June 2025)
- A copy of the baccalaureate (only for students who have completed higher secondary studies abroad)
- A copy of the baccalaureate transcript (only for students who have completed higher secondary studies abroad)
- School certificate(s) (post-baccalaureate or CESS) showing success, failure, or abandonment for each year of study, accompanied by transcripts for each year of study.
- Certificate of no debts from former higher education institutions (only for students who have pursued higher education in Belgium in schools belonging to the Wallonia-Brussels Federation)
- Equivalence of the Baccalaureate or proof of the equivalence request (to be done before July 13) http://www.equivalences.cfwb.be
- Only for years without academic or professional activities (non-academic activities post-CESS or baccalaureate to be justified). You will need to write a sworn statement justifying all your previous activities that could not be justified by supporting documents.
- If you have worked, you will need to provide a copy, certified by your employer, or your employment contract with the dates and the number of weekly hours for which you were hired.
- Copy of the birth certificate issued by the municipality or town hall
- A photocopy of the valid identity card (front and back) covering the first semester or passport for foreign students
- Study visa (upon registration and only for non-EU students)
- Non-EU students must submit a diploma equivalence request and submit their file before July 13 http://www.equivalences.cfwb.be
- Proof of payment of 25 euros
- A copy of the final CESS (Certificate of Higher Secondary Education in Belgium)
- A copy of the baccalaureate (only for students who have completed higher secondary studies abroad)
- A copy of the baccalaureate transcript (only for students who have completed higher secondary studies abroad)
- School certificate(s) (post-baccalaureate or CESS) showing success, failure, or abandonment for each year of study, accompanied by transcripts for each year of study
- Certificate of no debts from former higher education institutions (only for students who have pursued higher education in Belgium in schools belonging to the Wallonia-Brussels Federation)
- A copy of the higher education diploma (in the original language) - if this document is not written in French, it must be accompanied by its translation into French - or, failing that, the certificate of success for the years of higher education
- A copy of the results obtained in the exams included in the higher education program. If this document is not written in French, it must be accompanied by its translation into French
- An official program, detailed by year, of the higher education studies completed, including at least: a title and a brief description of each course taken and their hourly volume (number of hours and credits or units of value). The translation into French of this document can be done by the applicant themselves.
- The list of different schools attended since the end of secondary studies until the day of registration at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of Brussels, mentioning the name and address of the different institutions, and the years of study completed
